Welcome to the Terms of Service (referred to as “Terms” moving forward) for the purposes of this website, https://rentalamia.com (referred to as “Website” moving forward), and the related mobile applications (referred to as “App” moving forward) operated by or on behalf of Rentala, Inc. (referred to as either “Company”, “we” or “Rentala” moving forward). This Website and/or any related content, tools, features and/or functionality offered on or through our Website and/or App are collectively referred to as “Services” moving forward. These Terms govern your access to and/or use of our Services. Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights. By accessing and/or using our Services, you are agreeing to our Terms. If you do not understand or agree to our Terms, please do not use our Services.
For purposes of our Terms, “you” and/or “your” means the “customer” or “user” of our Services. If you use our Services on behalf of another company or entity, then “you”, which includes you as an individual and/or said entity, legally consent that “you” represent and/or warrant that (a) “you” are an authorized representative of said entity with the authority to bind said entity to these Terms, and (b) you agree to these Terms on the entity’s behalf in their entirety.

Agreement Overview: By using the services provided by Rentala, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our clothing rental services.

Rental Period: a. The standard rental period for each item is either 4 or 8 days, as specified on our website. b. Late Return: Customers will be charged a late fee of $30 per day for each day the rented item is returned after the agreed-upon rental period.

Damages and/or Loss: a. Customers are solely responsible for the care and safekeeping of rented items during their rental periods. b. In the event of significant damage to a rented item, or if the item is not returned within 15 days of the agreed-upon return date, the customer agrees to pay up to the full retail price of the garment, which will be provided by the Company. c. "Significant damage" includes, but is not limited to, stains, rips, tears, and/or alterations that visibly and/or materially affect the usability and/or marketability of the item, or otherwise at our discretion.

Payment Authorization: By using our Services, customers authorize Rentala to charge their payment method on file for any applicable fees, including but not limited to, late fees, damage fees, and/or the full retail price of a garment in the event of non-return or damage.

Inspection Process: a. Upon return, each rented item will be inspected by Rentala for damage. b. Customers will be notified of any damage within a reasonable time frame after the return of the item.

Communication: a. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information, including but not limited to, an email and phone number. b. Rentala will communicate with customers primarily through the contact information provided by the customer or user.

Dispute Resolution: a. In the event of a dispute regarding damages, late fees, or other issues, customers and Rentala agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve any disputes. b. If a resolution cannot be satisfactorily reached by both parties, then the dispute will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the laws of Florida.

Termination of Rental Agreement: Rentala reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement with any customer who violates our terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Rentala reserves the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through the contact information provided by them.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Florida. By using Rentala services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
