Can i purchase my rental?
Not at this time. We focus on rentals to promote sustainability. We'll host sales for retired items end of season.
Should I wash my rental?
No need! Please return rentals unwashed. We handle cleaning in-house.
How do I return my rental?
Use the provided return label or drop-off where it was picked up.
What if I damage or lose an item?
Damaged or lost items may result in charges up to 90% of the retail price. Please handle rentals with care.
What if I return my rental late?
Late returns incur a $30 per day fee.
Can I get a refund for my rental?
Rentals are final sale.
